Electronic Jacquard Controller (EJC) is an appropriate replacement for old
jacquard controllers with up to date features.
Some of controllers that are recently replaced by EJC are Staubli(Stäubli)
CX and LX Jacquard Controllers like JC3 and JC4 and Muller(Müller)
Jacquard Controllers.

Application Specific Controller makes it invulnerable to OS faults and
viruses (No PCs are needed)
Each controller module supports up to 2 Jacquards at 1200 ppm while other
controller modules could be cascaded to the main controller to support more
Jacquards
Each controller stores up to 800000 picks in each storage module
(additional storage modules are optional)
Storage modules are flash based and despite hard disks are
invulnerable to shocks and mechanical defects
Each Storage Module stores up to 1100 Designs
LCD Display Panel with user friendly keypad as HMI eases user interface (Touch
Screen TFT display is optional)
Data Import is done in popular Bitmap format through 3.5" Floppy
Disk or RS232 PC Connection or RS422 for long distances
Optional design import methods are: USB Flash Disk support, CDROM
support, Phone line Input to download designs using built-in modem, LAN
connection to import data using TCP/IP protocol
Forward and Backward movement through design
Pick backward key to move backward in the case of weft stop
Two or multiple designs can be merged to be sent to the actuators or saved
in the storage modules
Multiple or repeated design sending programs can be sent to the actuators or
stored as templates
Very low power consumption (Maximum 100 Watts)
Automatic Electronic Error Detection
Change to test mode to recognize defected modules
Supports special pattern sending for testing reasons
Device access can be Password Protected with different access levels
High density cable design reduces cable clutter and eases installation
