Car Racing Solution:
Hushmand Afzar has provided a total solution for a Car Racing club. The solution includes a timing system based on AMB I.T. system which automatically finds and identifies the cars passing through the start line with the accuracy of .001 seconds. There are also sections for member registration and facilities, management, accounting and garage management. Members can enter to the club or parking using their contactless cards and they can use this card all around the club as a credit card.

One of remarkable solutions designed and implemented by our company is the monitoring and controlling for lighting system of Tehran's Resalat Tunnel using Siemens' distributed IO products.

Resalat Tunnel Solution:



Using this system status of all cabinets in the tunnel are monitored and controlled:
If any door like a fire box or cabinet door is opened the system alarms and automatically acknowledges the camera system to zoom on the region.
The lights can be turned on and off in two automatic and manual mode:
In automatic mode the lights are turned on and off in steps to avoid surges to the main power. The lighting pattern during day and night could be defined and stored by supervisor users.
In manual mode the operator is capable of turning on and off the desired lights remotely through PC based HMI system in the main control room.
If any light is turned on or off incorrectly the HMI system would alarm the operator.
The HMI software is a PC based user friendly software:
Only users with sufficient permissions could access special functions in the software.
To rapidly recognize the cause of an alarm the mimic of tunnel and the whole statuses are displayed in a single page with appropriate coloring and blinking function in the case of failure.
To avoid accident of cars the electrical connections are selected in such a way that in the case of critical faults in system there exists a minimum lighting for cars in the tunnel.
All stations, modules and components of the system are monitored and in the case of any fault the HMI system would alarm the operator.
All alarms and faults are stored and could be printed for archiving reasons.
